I have an unlocked Z10 I bought from BlackBerry in December and this morning I received the 10.2.1 update OTA. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least, since I had been told that I wouldn't receive the update until the carriers in the US pushed it.

Just be aware if you are on T-Mobile USA, you'll lose Wifi Calling with this OTA Update. I don't need it since I have great LTE signal but others have updated and been disappointed. An official T-mo update will bring the feature back...if you peek the Carrier discussion threads someone has been beta testing that feature and reports back good things.

I'm using my Z10 with an AT&T Go Phone Sim. I happened to have the Sim out of the phone when I checked it.
I've already installed Snap and the Amazon App Store. It's like I have a new phone.
