Guys...sync google contacts to icloud then sync it with your BlackBerry 10....working well now...Google contacts not yet syncing directly

Are you trolling? I don't use iCloud and never will. I did as suggested above and set up my Gmail account again and it picked up email, calendar and contacts automatically.

I'm a little confused about which method worked. Would someone mind posting a step by step for dummies like me?

Go to accounts, add account, select email, calendar and contacts, fill in your email Google address here:

Click next, and you should be taken here :


Your Google email address should alreqdy be in the email field (I've taken mine out of the screen shot for privacy) , enter your password and click sign in. From there you should see the Google page stating your phone wants to access email, calendar and contacts. Click accept, and then you will be taken to a screen showing toggles to select if you want to sync email, calendar, and contacts. Select as appropriate. Click ok, and it should set up the account. When I did this the Google contacts immediately started to populate in the Contacts app.

Elsewhere it was mentioned that this option doesn't allow for gmail syncing beyond 30 days. So to avoid that issue, I had set up the Gmail email prior to doing all if the above.

Started getting them again about 1-2 times a day for all 3 GMAIL accounts. So strange.
