A number of users have reported problems setting up accounts after having installed Android apk's. Have to installed any recently? Deleting the apk's, adding the account(s) then re-adding the apk's seems to work.

After uninstalling, you should be sure to reboot your device before trying to add the account. Press and hold the volume up/down keys until the device shuts down, restarts, and you see the startup animation.

Fred, there is a "leaked/ beta os " section, the same place you got the leak, that's the place to post questions and look for answers for...LEAKS

The reason I didn't go to that page because I didn't know it was a 10.2.1 issue

I had the same problem but it was due to android app called Kayak
After deleting that it worked like a charm

Try rebooting your BlackBerry by holding down the power button and not let it go for 30 seconds

This trick helped many ppl who had reappearing deleted app problm
