    Hello.

I dont have a MicroSD memory in my Z10, and have always used the internal memory.

After approaching the limit of memory available, all the pictures sometimes "disappeared" from the menus only to come back after I deleted some mp3 or videos.

A few days ago, my pictures and videos disappeared and I am not able to retrieve them with BB Link. I have downloaded several Photo Recovery Tools, but none of the recognizes the device. I mean, when I connect my Z10, a drive is shown on MyPC and is fully operative, but under the "network drive" tab, this is why I suppose the recovery tools dont work.

    Any advice?

So far I belive that if there is a way connecting the Z10 so that ALL the memory is recognized (even system files) I could use the recovery tools.

Or if there is a way that I can port the detected drive as a hard drive maybe the Recovery Tools will work.

    Thanks in advance

Welcome to CrackBerry! The short answer is no, as there is no way to 'root' any BB10 device at this minute. I suggest you grab some microSD card.

Of you don't do so, I suggest you back up your unique data so you don't lose stuff like photos
