    Hi,
    I have recently updated my z10 (STL 100-1) to BlackBerry 10.2.1.2102(official update). Now I m experiencing screen freezes every other day. Neither hard reset nor battery pull makes the phone to normal. The only way to restore back to normal is to connect the device to BlackBerry Link and restore/backup the device. Does anyone have similar experiences? Any permanent solution to this would be greatly appreciated.

    I have similar experiences on the particular version you are using. I'm on Maxis, Malaysia. I downloaded the. 2141 and now the. 3175 that Lengend posted in this forum, and that problem has not resurfaced yet.
