AOL IM works with Lync on a computer. I haven't played around with other options available on BB10 but I'm sure there are ways to at least connect if you aren't on Enterprise and already have access to Lync.

But for this version you need to have enterprise, it wont work without enterprise

i'm big fan of Blackberry but this time it turn me down to the hell......... microsft lync is available for every android users but for BB10 users still we dont have and the sideoading or sachesi nothings work on Z10 ......its really pathetic BB10

Didn't do your homework it would seem. If you're not trolling and you can't get it for enterprise, and you're truly curious as to how, I can add instructions. For now, this is just proof of concept.

and this here is just one problem that the general Blackberry user is going to encounter. **** that just don't work like it should, when (supposedly) BB10 can run Android apps. This is what annoys and turns people away from Blackberry, the limp-effort Android compatibility. People expect Android apps/games to work. The ability to run 'most' Android apps/games in a subpar effort doesn't really cut it. Either BB10 runs Android or it doesn't, period. People don't have the time or patience to play 'hit or miss' with compatibility. They'll just buy a true Android phone instead, and they won't really be lacking anything of substance compared to BB10.

You know, not all do, you're right, however here's the thing, I've got a few apps that run much better on my Z than they did on my android devices. I'm guessing they probably don't call on those Google services I hear about? All I know was they were laggy and glitchy on android. Smooth as silk on my Z. And what's funny? The android player on BB10 is a work in progress. Just wait for the official! Then you'll be amazed.

I have, and I wasn't. Either the Android devices I've tried are crap, or I've got a really good Z10, because I see no difference in performance unless it's an older Android.

Short sighted sir.
The software is a leak. It will become real.
When it becomes real we will see a better vision of what BB has to offer. Two apps that I have been working hard to get working are instantly usable now. The APIs are opening it would seem. Access to Gplay is a nono right now, that's OK. Other app stores are there right now.
Don't look at today... Today is a proof of concept, and it works. Look at tomorrow... the possibilities... Watch ART replace the Dalvik runtime.
Think about an alternative app store pre-installed on a stock BB10 device...
