My take on the thread...

Omagah why doesn't BlackBerry have apps? I want (insert app name here). I don't comprehend how to sideload. These leaks and their autoloader, it's too easy, must be too good to be true.Why did BlackBerry make a smartphone that my puny brain can't get a grasp how to sideload or install a leak! It's their fault that the developers decided not to take 30 minutes out of their time to simply port their app! Wha wha wha!

My z10 is on a bes10 server and I have Microsoft lync working fine on the phone.

The only issue I've seen with it is it doesn't track the active chats. So if I'm signed into lync on the desktop pc then sign into it on the phone it doesn't sync the messages. So when I leave my desk I make sure to sign out of the desktop versions so I get the messages on the phone.

I know.... I sideloaded once, and it was more confusing than installing a leak. So I dont know why more people install leaks, especially if they have managed to sideload apps before.
