What is your advice guys?

I got advice to format my battery with 3x 15hours charging..
to make even that step for improving battery life on Z10
after update on 10.2.1.1925

I have done charging 15 hours just once for now.

And another advice is.. "DONT LET YOUR PHONE CHARGING BEYOND 100%. many people says its not a problem but ive seen MANY batteries damaged by that."

I've never heard of that method of 'formatting the phone with 3 15 hours charging cycles'

Exactly how does one charge a battery past 100% when it stops at 100%? I've also never heard of this battery formatting as well. Just charge and use.

Lithium batteries don't have the same issues as the older technologies.

Don't worry about them.

In this case the Internet is your friend.

There are tons of articles about this subject online.
