Hi everyone, I forgot my BlackBerry id password and i've request to reset my password! Reply from system resetting pasword BlackBerry id has been sent to my email but I did'nt receive it! I was open my email via my z10 and other device and still did'nt find it! What should I do? Thank's

Is the email you are currently using the same email that you signed up for your BBID with? That's the only email that will get the reset.

If it is, have you tried checking your email on a computer vs the phone? Depending on the provider, they might not support push email.

Thanks for the response, yes i'm using the same email! I've try open my email via pc too, and the result reseting email no found!
Its could be problem from my OS? I thought I found some bug from the OS that I use

Could your email system have treated the BB reply as spam and filtered it out? Check your spam folder.
