Hi BB Fanboys,

I am from India and here the BlackBerry Z10 is pricing at ~ $800 (STL-001).
In Amazon US, I can get the phone at $529.99 (ATT without contract, I think STL-003) - Amazon.com: BlackBerry Z10 4G Phone (AT&T): Cell Phones & Accessories

If I buy the phone from Amazon and unlock the phone, total it will cost ~ $600.
Now my Question is after unlocking the phone from ATT and using it on my Indian carriers:

1. shall I get the Updates rolled out by BlackBerry? - If yes, how to update?
2. Cons.
3. Which is the best option in buying? - Amazon US or Indian retail market?

I am not too familiar with the AIRTEL 4G frequencies but there is a posting here on Crackberry that outlines the differences between the various Z10 units.. You have to make sure that the one you choose to purchase is compatible with your network... Here is the link... The Four BlackBerry Z10 Models Explained (STL100-X)

Don't forget to figure in shipping, but, I would say going with whichever is cheaper in the end so long as it is compatible.

May be 4G won't work for me, but I will have at least 4G option in my mobile.
