    My universal search come up blank, and I tried restarting the phone, deleting search history...etc. and nothing works.

    I do not want to wipe my device as it have quite a few documents on it.

    Any ideas on how to fix it?

    Error I had with universal search was after update. Had to switch on and off parental control. Not sure if it's related but always worth a go
