Wow in jealous. I get about 100 minutes per battery. I want to get a Z30 but I don't think a Verizon will work on Tmobile at 4GLTE. I need a Z30 because I'm tired of switching batteries every 2 hours.

Turn off the option that collects and sends data to BlackBerry. Phone gets hot when that is on because it keeps sending data to BlackBerry

When you turn that off, then talk about the battery.

I believe it is like BlackBerry spyware to improve their products, but decreases battery power because of the data transmissions

Plenty of threads on this already. The reindexing or whatever it is will be finished after one week. Then your battery life will be marginally better than before the update.

Something is going in the background. That's why the graph is like that. Try switching off mobile network and leave it for 10 min. The graph should idle at near 0. Then switch the mobile network on again. From the looks of it, I have a feeling that your emails are still syncing. Because PIM Services are so high when viewed from the app manager.

Usually if you install the OS from Link from scratch I never had problems. That's what I would do when u have time. Then install your apps as u want.

Like others have said, let the phone index whatever it has to index and keep the phone plugged in.

I had this problem and found it was due to some android apks that i installed..silly me..
My problem is gone now and am a happy z10 user.

Install TaskManager from BB world. See what android apps are running and kill and/or uninstall these.
Probably uninstall all apks, just as an added measure.
Android compat is a boon, but also a curse.
Set all chat/mails to manual mode.

If all else fails, Full wipe and reinstall maybe an option..
If you can get away with it, try not to restore from backup (after a wipe); rather build up on a fresh brand new install.
