I picked up the Z10 a few days ago on the virgin mobile network in Canada. Coming from a curve BB i was so used to the keyboard so the first few days I hated it actually. I use my BB's for BIS/BES email and BBM primarily so typing was key but a few days in I got accustomed to it. Now cant put the thing down LMAO.

Just picked up the pocket and the battery charger bundle accessories too, this little battery thing is amazing. I can charge my phone without any other cables on the fly in case the batt goes low. IMO a must have accessory if you're on the road or traveling like myself.

Overall it's only been a few days but I'm really impressed. The HUB works well for me and BBM is so much better.

My only complaint would be no instagram and mint, bmo app. other then that i'm keeping this as my main phone.

The typing speed on the Z10 is the key factor for an office phone. If it lacks efficiency for executives on the move, it fails as a work gadget.

All else should be secondary.

I hope users like yourself would constantly give BlackBerry your user feedback, so private users like me would also benefit.

I was the same way. I actually took it back the day after I got it. I since then bought it again. It was a hard transition from 9900 but now I can't put the Z10 down. Loving it more every day!

my first week with z10 was a nightmare!!!

then, the battery clears in less than 3 hours and it was overheating all the time....

now with the 10.1... its better than ever...

i have iPhone5 in the drawer all day, it only comes out for UMK3
