And I have a few questions and concerns

1) The phone did not transfer all my contacts after adding my online outlook account. How can I force it to?

2) rebooting takes a very long time. I get the att splashscreen and then it shows the BlackBerry symbol with the blue progress bar. The after that, the hub takes a while to repopulate. Is this normal?


3) what is the button in the middle of the two volume rockers?

I'm sure I'll have more questions soon but this will hold me over for now . Thanks!

Not sure why your contacts did not all transfer over. May be give it some time?
Re-booting takes just under a minute for me, though I haven't done that in so long, I cant really remember.
The button in the middle is the pause button when playing music. It is also the button you press to activate voice commands.

Lots of great info found by tapping the Help icon (and of course, on CB).

Edit -- the Hub may take a while to populate when you first set up the phone. Things settle down after a few hours.
