These update sizes are all over the place lol some in Canada downloaded around 300mb some 150mb some 750mb and I downloaded just 15mb updating from the leaked OS.

Oh well update is update. I'm tempted to wipe my phone tho and make sure it really is at the updated os just to make sure haha

I was on my phone last night in the dark and noticed the proximity sensor flashing red (its right below the ear piece) was it flashing before the update too??

Probably the same fix's as the other update for Rogers etc, but i will give it a proper test this evening and see if anything obvious stands out

Praying this hits Orange UK soon...installed the leaked OS to see if it improved battery life but ended up with a very confused address book telling me texts were from different contacts. Going to have to wipe back to original if update doesn't come quickly

The different sizes depend on what apps you have installed/deleted.

If you deleted all the native BlackBerry apps that came preloaded, I'm pretty sure they're a part of the OS, increasing the size.

    Yeah, a-holes.

Still waiting on Orange. I'm doing a backup of my phone at the moment so I won't have to wait when it finally is available. My dad's is still updating.

I know it'll update my phone if I use his SIM after, but do you think there's anything carrier specific that I'll be missing if I do it that way?

Must be why it was slightly later. I can't imagine there'll be much difference though. They can console themselves with that ;-)

My wifes got stuck like that, I swiped up to minimise the update and then clicked on the minimised app to make it fullsize and it jumped to 98%

Very possible. Yeah. We might be able to answer that, sort-of, by checking the date. If it's Feb 17th then you're probably right.

Do you eat curry and like whisky? If so come over and let's have a CB party with some Scottish folk!

I really hope that they fixed the Wifi hotspot and WiFi connection issues as well as the problem within the hub I've been experiencing. Would be too awesome. Download and installation took a while. Will report back once I've been using the latest version for some time.

You are most welcome to come and stay at mine Kevin, as long as you can handle curries and hot food. My mom will be more than happy to have you stay with us, she will make you feel right at home

Welcome to the UK (Vodafone might have an update, but their 3G network leaves a lot to be desired in London)

    I'm considering moving to Three

I'm sure they said the same about 3G..

Yeah in my area that was the case as well. Ever since VF and O2 shared their network VF is actually faster than Three. However! Their dataplans are effing awesome. Sim only with unlimited web for 12.90. And no extra cost for LTE. If LTE is out on Three I might switch as well. Can't beat their prices!
