This one : Autoload.10.0.10.261.0x8400240a.0x8500240a.0x87002 40a.exe (in the OP)

This update will work as you are on the same phone as me then.

Just make sure it say its for the zed 10, not dev alpha

I updated my STL100-3 per instructions in post #1. Other than wiping out all my settings and email it didn't seem to do anything. i still cannot put settings into the APN and still cannot get my email other than using WIFI. Still cannot update my ATT webclient to change the PIN.

Type in your pc browser
BlackBerry - Software Updates - New Update Software for BlackBerry Smartphones - US
then pull battery while phone plugged in to usb with the pc.
while the phone is restarting press "check for updates"
it will search for you phone's PIN, when your phone begins to boot it will prompt you to load new OS (version depends on where you are and what sim you are wearing)..

Could someone help me, I ran the application, I gave the password for my device, I saw some commads running on a black screen which disappeared later. My Phone BB Z10 has remained blank with the red LED light blinking continuously, I tried restoring my phone to the factory settings, it wont work. Does the process take long after the black screen disappeared, may be 2, 3 hours? please assist by providing more information

OK.... because sharing is caring, I thought all of you out there may want to have this. Someone sent this to me and I thought about all of you in the community.... (now I need help too... please tell me why pics I post in BBM are NOT showing up in my HUB. All group messages are turned on, etc).

Newer Z10 were shipped with 10.0.10.261.

There is currently no official download link, only available via OTA.

I have a link for the leak version of 261 if you want to try. It has been tested on Z10, but remember DWYOR & don't forget to backup your data.

Download, Unzip. Read this info on how to load the OS to your Z10:
1. Turn off your BlackBerry.
2. Run the file Autoload.10.0.10.261.0x8400240a.0x8500240a.0x87002 40a.exe
3. When prompt shows “Connecting to Bootrom”, connect your Z10 to your computer and turn it on.
4. If you have a password set on your device, type your password when prompted.
5. After your device restarts, complete the set up wizard.

You can't even do that, 10.0 has been blacklisted for a while now.
