Got it by manually checking seems to have increased speed for sure but can't see anything else

Yeah, I just got it too by manually checking. Seems slightly smoother than before.

My messages seem to lag like crazy syncing with Hub. I have to keep going to the FB app. Also if I respond via the hub it updates all previous messages, including the ones I haven't received yet.
Anyone else?
