Tried logging out and in?
Try deleting your account on your device and sign in again if that doesn't work

I had to do the same. Juat doing that didn't work. I had "Notifications" on but still did not receive any notifications in the Hub. I turned on "Sync Messages," and started receiving notifications again. Check to see if that is set on first.

I find this happens every now and then, but I'm not sure what causes Facebook to stop syncing. I find that I can usually resolve the issue by restarting my device and that seems to kickstart the sync process again.

Same for me. Keeps happening randomly. A phone reset fixes it

FTFY. I'm tired of having to remove my Otterbox Defender Case just to do the required battery pull to get a hard reset on the device. Pain in the hiney!
