I asked this question before but never got an answer and I have searched for it and no luck. So don't kill the messenger. How do I stop face book notification showinh up in the hub.

Try going into settings then notifications then Facebook then turn off led and sound

You won't hear a notification nor see an led for it.

You will however still receive updated Facebook stuff.

Go into blackberry hub and then settings. Click on hub management and then under social applications turn off Facebook and nothing will download from Facebook into the hub. You will still see the spark for the app.

I did that it worked with twitter but not the fave book. Went to hub then hub management then to social and turned off both facebook and Twitter but Facebook still shows in the hub

That should work, if it still shows up try rebooting your phone or delete your facebook account on your phone and re-add it and then do that

I deleted facebook and tried to re download but but I'm getting an error message saying I don't have sufficient network coverage. I'm on my homes wifi and I and posting here so it works. I will give it a go in the morning.
