Since i had been getting poor battery life people suggested to re-install the software so i re-isntalled the operating system and now whenever someone messages me on facebook i reply in the hub and it just appears with a 'red X' meaning i have to go into the app to reply which is somewhat annoying, any ideas on how to fix this?

Also i'm still getting poor battery life i bought a brand new battery and i still get through both in a day, sometimes having to put them on charge again! everything is off and to minimum i'm not a heavy user either! i have instagram and kik sideloaded but surely it wouldn't affect it that much! i'm thinking i have a faulty device! It's a STL100-2

Have you tried signing out of your Facebook account, and signing back in?
