I apologize in advance if this was addressed already....I don't know how to search the forums. in Facebook I cannot figure out how to save a photo onto my z10 - went into the Rogers store but she couldn't figure it out either. Is it a setting on the z10 or is it the Facebook/blackberry app that just doesn't allow that function?

Go to the rather good Web browser, I don't know if there is a way via the app.
But in the browser long press on the image and select the option from the right pane that appears

Just like the Android and Windows Phone app, the BB10 app can't save photos, unfortunately. I know it isn't as good, but you could take a screen shot of your screen as a work around, or use the browser.

Take a screenshot anywhere by hitting the two volume buttons at the same time.
Can be done in any app/part of the phone.

Ok...that's cool! even the Rogers store didn't know that! Not surprised since they didn't really get proper training on the new product.
