    Whenever I go to check my messages in the facebook app, it just says, "no messages, tap to continue" there are lots of messages though. My notifications and everything else works fine. Anyone have any ideas?

    Go to the browser, open up the mobile Facebook app and click on SORT in your news feed and change to most recent.

    That helped for me at one point.
