    i've setup approx. 20 z10 and this is the first issue i've had like this. it goes thru of Active Sync, all goes well...when all is said and done...
    there is no listing in the Hub, workplace is create....even if i go into hub management there is no listing there. If i go and add the email account\
    again, it has if i want to replace the existing one.

    Any suggestions?

    Wipe the device and try it again. It should resolve the issue. I had this happen to couple of devices at work. Also make sure right IT policy is pushed out.

    Well i tried reinstalling the software twice with no luck...But then i notice the user didn't have an email profile assigned to him. Once it was assigned, everything is good now. Not sure why when the user was created it didn't get an email profile. Thanks
