Now like said in the title : Everything is perfect except the browser .... for me it's not snappy...especially when you are in the browser and click to open up options on the right side. The animation lags very much? Also when I put it in the active frame the animation when it gets into the active frame lags... strange because everything else is doing well.
More people experience this?

It lags in the opening animation for me. Not when minimizing to homepage. Also the sidemenu does not lag for me either.
The browser is such a context heavy application hence why I believe it can lag more than other apps. Try opening/minimize it while no webpage is loaded and see.
Did that ... went to Google and then lag was gone ...so ill guess you're right about that :)
