I have convert APK to BAR in ADT blckberry TOOL in eclipse.
To the bar file error comes is

Been a while since I did any converting, so not sure if that is telling you that it requires android 4.2.2 , which I don't think is available yet.

I have android app that drvlope in Android 4.2.2 i.e. sdk api version 17.
