    i have some error in my blackberry z10 STL100-1

    the first time i buy i can use my Line, we chat, badoo, very well and then for one time i cant use it anymore..
    but my BBM, YM, Email, Facebook , and PATH is no problem. i dont know why can be like this..

    can someone help me to give some solution for me?

    and i have a screenshot in my z10..

    Have you done any updates on your device recently or since everything stopped working?
    Have you tried any of this over wifi?

    I've had similar issues with any Android based apps. Security wipe and reinstall usually works.

    i am using Blackberry Storm 9530 OS v5.0.0.328 platform 4.2.0.128,its verizon phone as it shows verizon logo at startup.and i am from India ,using aircel 3G.WECHAT,LIne is not working at all.as its says Connection errorr,Please make sure that you have a network connectivity and try again,but whatsapp,logicmail,imo, other are working fine over normal dataplan with aircelgprs APN.
    Previously Wechat worked ,but after downgrade from China hybrid OS .1041 / to bell uti..OS and Verizon OS.unable to use apps.

    Downgraded because of Low memory /leaked memory.
    Please help me out!!!!!!!!!
