Each time I click on blackberry world an error message is displayed. Please help me resolve this issue on Z10.

An error has occurred and blackberry world must close. Try waiting a few minutes and then reopen blackberry world.

Try doing a hard reset (press and hold both volume buttons til the phone restarts).

I have experienced the error many times. I suggest that you wait a few minutes and then reopen BBW. If the error persists, try again later. Also, search the Forums using these keywords: blackberry, world, must, close. One of the resultant threads might help you.

I get this error when I am using 3G, always. Try opening it on Wifi.
