    So lately I have started recieving this error "General Problems" when I try to send a picture. It goes away when I wipe the phone and restore it...wtf is going on here?

    Pics via text is MMS... a security wipe will fix that.

    My service acts up sometimes and that happens to me. I'd hate to keep having to wipe

    yes thats what I have been doing...but would like to stop having to do that to fix the problem everytime

    I noticed that after the recent os update, that the mmsc url and proxy url were missing under advanced settings. I found these for Rogers on CB and been fine ever since. Rogers wanted me to wipe the phone...

    I get that when I'm on wifi w/wifi calling switched to "on".

    The sms sends through without a problem, but still displays "General problem".

    I'm having the same issue, noticed it 2 days ago. email, BBM, Skype, Facebook, Twitter...ALL can send me in or out pictures. BUT NOT MMS. Someone mentionned doing a security wipe. Is it to erase the whole phone and start new again? or if my phone is password protected and i enter the password wrong on purpose it will lock me out and erase itself etc ... and reboot new at the end of 30 minutes. If so, this is not the answer I want. If a nail is sticking out of your floor, you don't need to replace the whole floor. Just fix the damn nail. Why was it OK last week and not now and nothing has changed since except the latest OS upgrade. Could it be that?
