I erase mp4 video file and undelete it after but it does not work. Message says "file contains unsupported media "
Anyone knows how to fix this on my Z10?

Hi. Sorry to hear about the file you deleted. The only thing I can think of it to take the card out of your phone, put it in an adapter and use it on your computer. Run it through an undelete or recovery type software.... there are freeware ones....and maybe the file will come back.

Thanks but I got the file back....it just won't play. I probably need some file converting software ?

If you "wrote" or saved anything to the phone after it was deleted (or even if the OS had to write something to the phone), the system may have overwritten portions of your file so that while the filename was recovered and maybe portions of the video file, other portions may have been "ruined" and so the file is considered corrupt. There may be a chance you can recover it fully - good luck.
