    I'm on T-Mobile and I can't connect to Wifi calling .this morning I updated my Z10 and when I try to connect, I get the message on the thread title. Help guys thanks.

    Call T-Mobile. Your account either doesn't have the necessary SOC code or your address isn't in their computer for E-911 service. Both are required for it to work and this is the error you get when one or both are missing.

    I talked to tmo cs and went thru the steps. I have wifi calling enabled and my 911 Addy is right. Even tier 2 was stumped. They told me to try it with a different network to see if it is the router (att uverse motorola whatever). He also said there are known issues and they are working on a solution. My old bbs wifi calling works fine. I live in a 100 year old house with several dead spots so I'd really like this to work. -Q10

    My wifi calling only works when connected to my home wifi. It displays DNS error whenever I'm on campus which is where I need it most.. sucks

    I have the same problem. T-Mobile techs are brain dead on this issue. the second tier told me to just keep turning it off and on till it connected. Did that at least 30 times. No go. What is an soc code?
