    Mine is disabled. I use at with prepaid account. It was enabled the first hour I flash an os bit than disables itself. Maybe carrier pushed.

    This depends on the carrier. I'm on AT&T and I had to call to activate it.

    When I first updated to Z10STL100-3/10.2.0.1791 via sachesi it was toggled to on, then it was grayed out so calling att can get it enabled?

    Well I just installed the 10.2.1.1055 leak and its been 2 days of unlocked BBM Video calls. So it seems att is pushing an update to block this setting. Cause every new leak its unlocked and then after a little while it gets locked. Gotta find the file

    That's weird. I have T-Mobile unlimited plan. Meaning infinite GB of data at LTE speeds for $70, no slowdowns ever. And I can BBM Video over air any time I desire.

    Official OS 10.1, no leaks.
