Here is a puzzle for somebody to solve. When my wife sends me e-mail with an image embedded in the body of email through Outlook on Windows XP, it arrives at my Z10 with an image as winmail.dat file that cannot be opened. I took same email from her that I got on my laptop running Windows 7 and forwarded it to my Z10. It arrived with visible images in the body of email, no problem. Anybody understands this phenomenon?

ah, perhaps your wife's outlook client isn't set to the HTML format but her is mostly rich text, it needs to be changed to HTML so BB10 (and any other phone OS except WP..) can read the content of the email.

Thanks, but Outlook client was was already set to HTML. This is something else.
