I have a Blacberry Z10 (white).

For no apparent reason(s) some of my received emails get deleted, without my consent, from the Hub and from my Sympatico folder.

This will happen only after I read them. I'll go back to it and an email here and there is gone. But not all my emails are deleted. And the deleted ones are random. There's no similarity with whom I received them, nor the subject matter etc.

I called Rogers and Blackberry support a few weeks ago and they had no clue.

Just this morning 2 emails got deleted. This time from the same sender.

I forgot to mention that the emails I send are not affected just the incoming ones.

This started happening to me yesterday. I'm posting here hoping someone can assist us both.

I've recently started using the device to file messages on both Gmail accounts. One personal and one business.

I now noticed that emails are just getting deleted from the device and it has nothing to do with the 30 day setting. I'm seeing emails that were received by me today just dissappear completely.

I can't seen too figued out what I'm doing to cause this but I'm leaning toward the fact that it started happening when I started using the on device file option.

Here's hoping someone can assist us both.

I tried something that seemed to work.

I went into the email settings for each account. Hit edit. Scroll down to the button that says edit folder settings. And I turned the toggle off to sync all folders.

After about a min the emails seemed to reappear.

Lemme know if that works for you.

Had the same issue a couple of days ago. Every email sent, received was gone. I thought it was an issue with Yahoo email. I deleted the account and then added it back and the emails were all back.

Not sure what caused the problem.
