    Hey guys, I just realised, that when I write an email, the receiver sees GMT as time, but on my phone I use gmt+1

    So the email does not arrive on the top of the emails of the receiver, cause of the 1h difference.

    Does anyone know how to fixthat?

    What software version is on your Z10?

    There is a known issue with some versions where the timestamps are off and certain email headers are not formatted correctly.

    I use 10.0.10.90 you are right. Seems to be a bug. I am lucky that I am just gmt + 1 so the difference is just one hour... hopefully they will provide a fix soon, email is one of the main applications I use...

    Just verified the timestamp issue on the version of software shipping with Verizon Z10's right now.

    It is indeed leaving out the UTC offset string in the Date: field, which is a format violation of the RFC2822 spec.

    Apparently 10.0.10.X is in testing at VZW, hope they get these email issues sorted.

    Thanks for the link. I have been having the same issue with SMTP outgoing emails from my phone as well. I hope they fix this soon, especially when BlackBerry is so business user oriented.

    AT&T's recent OS update seems to resolve the outgoing SMTP issues for many people. If you're on AT&T, I would definitely consider updating.

    If you're on another carrier, I'd imagine that fix will be rolled out soon to most carriers.
