    I received an e-mail about 15 minutes ago, so Mine is working as far as I can tell.

    Thinking about it though, e-mail on BB10 is not the same as on the legacy OS systems and you are kit reliant on a BlackBerry server to deliver mails on BB10...

    .... at least that is what I thought(?)

    Go into the email account, settings, and it's at the bottom, roaming and recieving settings.
    Second, check your email service to see if it's currently up or your wifi to see if it's working.

    Hi Chanlion. I don't see "roaming and receiving" under my email account settings. Verizon does have emails to deliver to me, I know that.
    The error message that I have in the email account settings is: "the server outgoing.Verizon.net for your account is not responding". My wifi here works fine.

    I thought I recall there was a number to call for help internationally for Verizon? Stupid phone is in the basement with the bicycle and I'm on the second floor.

    Hmm, did you enable with them before leaving?

    Doesn't work on any wifi in Czech Republic. I'm not using data while here. I can see email in Canada and US, but not here. Btw, my provider is AT&T, not Verizon. My email is Verizon.
