    been have a problem for a while, when i read/delete emails from my desktop why does it still say it is unread in the hub

    how can i fix this, have ti to sync forever but this does not work

    What type of email account? @hotmail.com? @gmail.com? @yourcompanyname.com?

    If it's a POP account, then it doesn't have two-way sync. Other types of accounts experience a bit of a delay.

    its a outlook.com, to me sometimes it works but majority of the time it does not

    As other poster said, it takes some time to update. I noticed Outlook is one of the longest. Pressing "refresh" will update right away for me.

    is it the free outlook.com or is it the paid active sync office 365. The free outlook.com is nothing more than hotmail.com . The active exchange sync office 365 is what you want to pay 4.00 a month for. If you stick with free, dont expect great email.

    If your on a LEAK. Then your could have a messed up account or need to reload. 99 Percent sure its not a Blackberry problem. What you want to get is Office 365. Then you will have the active exchange sync and a luxury email performance. nice to match with office 2010 or 2013 too

    Forever is just keeping how long you want emails. The sync interval is manual, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc. HOWEVER, on my outlook account the only option is manual and it is greyed out so you canNOT set that. I can only set it on my gmail account.
