My blackberry z10 has had this weird glitch out of no where, it keeps asking my account info for my email like the password.

But it's still logged in and working perfectly in my hub, so clearly it already has that info.

I tried deleting the account and readding it.

    Didn't solve the issue.

    Any ideas?

    I'm running
    Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.3247

Make sure the date set on your Z10 hasn't gone to some crazy future or past date. It's happened to me before randomly, and I think it messes with the authentication expiration dates.

I've had this before. Means you need to set up 2-factor authentication on your email account (like Gmail). After you set it up (on your computer) and it gives you a password, put that password in your phone. Problem should then be gone.

Thank you I remember my email actually asking for this and I ignored it.

    Will get on this asap.

But isn't your email working already? Plus... newer OS (since 10.2) let you enter the two-factor authentication code directly in the account set up process; no longer requiring the user to generate an 'application' password.

Happening to everyone who's running10.3 leak. It's not built for the Z series. Wait for 10.3.1 for glitch free

I had this on my Comcast account when I was running 10.2. I switched from POP to their IMAP and haven't had it happen again.

    What the what?
