Without BIS and actually using Blackberry services to handle POP3 email, is there anyway to filter emails like before?
You know, by subject, sender, or other parameters? That's one of the greatest features of BB.

I've searched and searched for this answer. Thanks in advance.

    Dan.

Are you describing a search of what has already been delivered to the device?

I may have misunderstood what you meant but if you want filtering of emails done it has to be done server side

OK, instead of server filtering. Is it possible to setup rules so that certain emails go into a certain folder, based on predefined parameters?

Hi Dan, I've just come across your posting having spent days searching to no avail. I wondered if you had found a solution. I was able filter email on my old Blackberry Edge and find it hard to believe it can't be done on the Z10.

    Thanks George

I agree too. It would be nice to block some senders from making it to my z10, but still allow them to save in my cloud inbox for archival purposes.

I did not find a solution. Unbelievable, that was what made BB so great and ahead of all the others. I'm switching to Android.
