    On my zed my exchange sync is only working some times...
    I connect ota with my laptop also and there are plenty of mails but they won't be downloaded to the zed..
    My pop3 account works fine and also sending thru exchange works, but not receiving...

    Any ideas...?
    Any cashe to empty..?

    You could delete the account and recreate it.

    You could try to connect another ActiveSync client (iOS, Android, WP8) and see how that works. This way you will be able to tell if the issue is device or server side.

    I'm sure it isn't the server side since we have several ios and android devices connected, and they works...
    Also my pc which connect thru ota and that's the same port as my zed...

    I'm just so tired to try everything, I've bought this device because I wanted a stabil device which works, it's a work tool for me....

    Could you try to upgrade to 10.2.1 1925 and test?

    Yes and no, I'm waiting for the newest update to be released...then let's see..
    This is a work tool and I don't want to test and play in my spare time if I can avoid it..

    But the latest news is that I took my old desire and started up, it didn't sync either, I the though server prob but the desire reported memory issue...
    I adjusted mailbox sync to 7 days..and the all the mails came in..

    Then I also adjusted my zed to 14 days (from 30) and bingo everything came in.

    So right now I'm sure it is cashe or memory related...
    But I don't have installed a lot if apps or huge documents, so there must be some cashe issues...

    Latest update, I set up my desire, exact same problem...hmm then I asked our exchange admin and actually some other devices also had problems.
    Afterwards i found tat there has been a change in the security setup and we now are using AVG as virus scanner..on some exchange 2003 servers it is nesaasary to switch off a component to let mobile devices sync...
    At the moment I'm testing...
