    Ok, I have an email that never erases. I reset the hub, restarted the Hub, did a battery pull, and nothing.
    Anyone have any ideas? Oddly the message is not on the email server. I also cannot open the message; mark it with a flag or move it. I select it,hir delete and confirm yet it's still there marked a s a new message.
    Yes, I have the 10.1 update.

    Well, this wouldn't be my first step, but it sounds like you've already tried everything else.. at this point I would delete the email account from your device and Re sync it.

    And so I did it . .and the phantom message is no more. . who knows where it went? Probably The Shadow . . . .
