    I own a Z10. For the past 2 days my email accounts on the device have stopped working. It says "not connected". When I click on the accounts and try to save them again it comes up with the message" you are not connected to a network" In fact I am connected to a network. On the home screen it shows full network connectivity and also the service provider. Yesterday I deleted all my email accounts and re added. It started working fine. I received all my email. But suddenly after 14 hours they stopped. Same error. Not connected.

    I really am getting bugged with this. Need help asap.

    BTW I am on 10.2.0.149

    Which email providers are you working with? Also is this on a private wifi network or your cellular network (or both).

    You might want to check the advanced section of the mail account screen to see if the settings are correct. I use Outlook.com and my advanced settings are as follows.

    Port: 443
    Use SSL : ON
    Use VPN: Off
    Download Messages While Roaming: Off
    Push: On
    Sync Interval: Manual.
