1. Even I set email to be conversation and show count, the email chain still doesn't have count. Once I click into one email then I can see the chain. Is it a known issue?
Just like the way sparrow on IOS does.

2. Also is there a hack to move the delete button to replace forward button in email app? or swipe to delete email?

Double check your setting and then reboot your phone (hold both volume rockers till it reboots). See if that solves the counter issue.

As for hacking the keybaord. No. No can do there.

Only a few show counter in the hub, most email chains have no counters. Below is one example.

I think the counter is not total email in the chain but unread # of emails in the chain. But my question is if bb10 can show how many emails in the chain regardless of read or not read?
