I just Wanted confirm that my fellow EE customers are still unable to view What's app in app world.

Also if anybody knows why is this happening!!!! Maybe because we haven't upgrade to the new firmware yet.


Any ideas!!!!!

If this does have something to do with the firmware update, I'm about to write a very firm email to EE about this ridiculous slow roll out of the firmware update.

It may have something to do with the firmware. Best idea is to tweet akex kinsella and ask him. Im on ee with 10.0.9 os and cant download whatsapp

If you delete any pre installed apps then it will keep telling you that you need to download it as an upgrade

It will be on the latest 10.0.10 os which allows the download of whatsapp. Well that is the consensus just now

I AM! I ditched Vodafone as EE convinced me they are oh so much more advanced. But this is basic stuff, needs to be done in a couple of days not weeks. I went to their store yesterday and got the usual "well why don't you call the customer services" tired of this shaite.

WTH is taking T-Mobile so long? Almost all other networks have the latest OS and WhatsApp. It is more annoying that the customer service have no idea.

I think they are a lost cause on their twitter account - they told me a sim adapter would be better than using a stanley knife to cut down my sim to size for my Z10 {FACEPALM}

Just buy a Vodafone PAYG SIM card, cut it down to micro-sim card size pop it into your unlocked Z10 and you'll get the update. Take on board the following lessons for future reference:
1) Always buy unlocked phones (ie from phones4u etc)
2) Never believe anything the carriers tell you
3) If you are unhappy vote with your feet.
