If i have a text in an email or social app and want to move the cursor how can I get the circle bar to pop up. Seems to work ok in Crackberry app, email is ok but in BBM or Blaq the edit scroll Circle does not pop up when I want it to !

It should pop up anywhere that you can enter text. Some fields are harder to tap into, especially near the beginning or end.
Try tapping a few different places in your text to get it to appear.

Try double tap.. most of the time the OS thinks you want to write something when you single tap... Once you are in there it takes one tap to bring up the edit circle... so if there's no selection yet, double tap the field and the edit circle should come up... granted, it still needs some fixing...
