I get to bedside mode by pressing top button swiping up then swiping down. Any other way?

I forgot about the clock way. That is easier.
    Thank you!

As you said hit the top button to wake your phone then swipe down on the lock screen. Doesn't get much easier than that. At night though I am usually in the clock app anyway to set the alarm. But nice to have options.

Have to say bedside mode is great too. Love how the alarm goes off and turns the screen a bright white. And you can touch anywhere to turn off.

Yeah -- bedside mode is definitely one of my favorite little features.
Though I wouldn't mind a little more granular control over the notifications, as in BB7.x (I had a handful of people as "Level 1" alerts, and their calls/texts could be allowed through at night.) or the ability to tweak the brightness so the nighttime mode wasn't quite so low. (Crappy eyesight...)
