    I have no clue what is broken but I think you can reset the hub with 5 diagonal swipes from the top right corner.

    It is not advised to post your Email addresses on the open forums like this. Just a thought. But resetting your HUB and uninstalling/reinstalling WhatsApp is the best bet.

    I had this problem 2 days ago. I did a few different things, and it finally resolved itself.
    I tried rebooting the phone and hub numerous times. I deleted and reinstalled the app a few times. Finally I went into file manager and found where Whatsapp keeps a back up file. I deleted that, then deleted all messages in both entries in the hub. I then rebooted the phone, and was down to just one entry. I lost all of my mesaages, but that doesn't bother me. Was better than having to restore the phone.
