Hello,

I had posted a forum thread some weeks ago about my problem with some apps. I have tried numerous things to solve it but it does not seem to work. I suspect my network provider to be the problem. I believe the sim configuration is not right. But it is just a suspicion.

The problem is that on most of the apps when I'm only on the network it says "Application in offline mode " or something similar but I have access to the Internet, Facebook, whatsapp, Blaq which are perfectly working.

Do you have any idea to fix this issue?

Which OS version ate you on? I had that problem with some apps on 10.0.x, especially on certain Wi-fi networks. They all work fine since the 10.1 upgrade though.

Well I have 10.0.10.99. On WIFI all apps are perfectly working it is when I'am only connected to my network operator that I have those problems. Basically those apps do not seem to detect the network connection. I should have 10.1 next week, I hope this problem will be solved. It's quite strange that some apps are perfectly working and other not.

Well I might have found a solution. I have bought a sim card from another carrier with some credits. And guess what all apps are working perfectly. It just means that the network configuration of my current carrier for the Z10 is not working properly.
