    it seems to be running a android and playbook at the same time, or its side loaded and it cant be viewed. need it gone. Its got the QNXAppLauncher installed, running in the background

    you sure maybe its not just some home launcher you have installed on there try uninstalling that launcher

    I'm also not clear what the issue is but you can try using the Device Monitor and show what is running and what is using the battery. In other tabs you can find how much storage is being taken by apps. But if you select an app, you can DELETE it. Try finding the problem app and deleting it.
