    GUYS!
Help please! Earlier today in school, I was using my phone when I accidentally dropped it, it fell and hit the floor close to the lock button area.... then it turned off...
wouldn't turn on again until I plugged the charger, but it wasn't charging at all... the phone heated and the battery was drained in minutes.
But the worst part is the screen, I can't describe what happened... it's all purple and dark... It's scaring me
It's been 1 year and 2 months since I got it and I may not get a new one soon
    I need help!
    thank you all

Sorry for what happened but there's no help to be had here for that.. find a repair spot.. repair your self.. or buy a new phone, pretty much only options.

That device is heavily damaged. I'm surprised it turns on at all. As was said, you'll either be paying to fix it or paying to replace it...

Get a new phone, or send it in for repair.

And whatever you do, don't drop the next one. Maybe get a case?

My caseless z10 takes a licking and keeps on ticking...

Sorry to hear about the drop. If the phone is unusable in its current condition, my advice is buy a cheap unlocked z30 to replace it while there are still some around.

The screen is a little bit better now, but I believe is not going to fix itself :/ (and it has a case but wasn't enough to protect )
I might have to buy new one in the end
Not worth repairing at all, since there's a lot of better blackberry phones now
    Thank you for the answers
I'll post again if things get better

Looks like a Z10? I think it is worth repairing. Get a new screen with middle plate. I got one for 10 a while ago. Tools may come with it or buy for about another 10. As long as the mother board isn't damaged...

I did it with no knowledge and help from YouTube.

    Good luck.

The main issue isn't the screen anymore... the battery is, the phone is heating so much it hurts to touch
And unfortunately things here in Brazil are much more expensive than just 10 pounds...
But thank you for the suggestion!
(70% drained with just one and a half hour with lowest brightness and really low usage :/)

No, the problem is that what is broken inside is causing the battery to drain. Fix what is broken and the battery will be fine.
