    I connect via the dropbox app and the files are synching, but when I select 'view files' and it goes to 'file manager', there are no files displayed. I know the files are there because I can see them on my playbook. This is a new issue, I have not had this problem in the past. I tried restarting the Z10 and signing out and back in on dropbox, but nothing helps.

    I have had the same problem since mid-afternoon yesterday. I have reloaded the Dropbox app and it didn't help, nor did rebooting the phone.

    internet connection is fine. I just sifted through posted threads, and the issue is not unique to me or the Z10, other folks are reporting problems with dropbox as well.

    Yeah, me too on both my Z30 and Z10. Same problem as others. Dropbox on PC works fine. Box works fine. Also, can access Dropbox using Ghost Commander from PlayBook. Gotta be something to do with the Dropbox BB app.

    Stopped working for me yesterday afternoon on both on my Z30 running 10.3.1.1949 and my Passport running official 10.3.0.1418. I'm with MTN in South Africa. I have also tried everythuinng including deleting the app and reinstalling it. I was considering reloading the OS from an autoloader until I realised that it had stopped on both my phones running different OSs. Is Connect to Dropbox actually working for anyone out there, i.e is this a general failure or isolated?

    Yeah I am done screwing with that dropbox sync app. It either takes too long to show files or it does not work. I just got the Android version and use that once and for all.

    Created a new dropbox account - it worked with a limited number of files.
    My main account contains about 850Mb and 421 files.
    I added 100 or so over the weekend.
    Wondering whether it's some sort of number of files/folders issue?

    Mine just started working as well. Still very slow. I had at least a couple days of usable speed. I wish it was more consistent.
    Dropbox app at least is more reliable. I really try not to use an Android app unless I really have to.

    I had the same problem as everyone else. I contacted Dropbox and heres what they said.

    "We've contacted the Blackberry Connect app owner (Research in Motion) and helped to resolve the issue. As you noticed, the app should now be working again."
